ATSYR is an independent Insurance and Reinsurance Broker company founded in 1950. In its origin it was an agency for the insurer Occidente, aimed to subscribe some complicated risks and give specific service to officers and VIP clients of the insurer. In 1982 became an independent broker company. In 1997 is acquired by the third generation of professionals, the actual partner owners Rafael and Remy Thiebaut. Our job is integral insurance management.
Since our origin in 1950 we have maintained intact our way of being: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH PERSONAL ATTENTION. For this reason we have advised, serviced and assisted in claims solution to a huge number of companies from all sectors, sizes, activities and locations. Since 1989, thanks to the international network EUBRONET we serve globally the international insurance needs, with local attention.
Regulated by the National Authorities D.G.S.F.P. we comply with legal requirements, and we count with a Professional Indemnity Insurance above the legal established, in order to serve our international partners. We belong to ADECOSE the Spanish Broker Association whose members belong to the elite of brokers. We count on a professional team with knowledge and experience. We work with more than forty well known insurance companies.
Our aim to maintain a long term relationship based on confidence is achieved with a well done work, the added value given by our professional team, our experience, independency and our capacity to establish international insurance programs. We want to be the Insurance Dept. of our customers.
We analyze our customer risks, we advise in prevention, we search the insurance market for the more suitable options in their needs.
Once the insurance is subscribed, ATSYR gets paid by the insurer, NOT FROM THE CUSTOMER.
We make the follow up on insurance contracts along the lenth of the policies. We maintain continuous service, advising and accompanying in a claim resolution. We check the renewals.
We work with leading insurance companies, both national and international and with capacity to establish international insurance programs.
